The location was great and beautiful, close to a bus stop, exactly where we wanted to be, and the standard double room suited us perfectly.

The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was just perfect for me.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind and the facilities provided were great.

The hotel staff were very friendly. the room had a flat-screen TV, climate control, and a safe. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom was spotless and we enjoyed a particularly nice view from our room. Early check-in and late check-out were convenient.

The ubication is very convinient

I liked that I saw the bed bugs under the pillow before going to bed. I liked that I brought silicon ear plugs due to noisy guests & noisy street. Staff was friendly.

The hotel's location is great, just steps away from El Centro and close to the harbor and Recoleta Cemetery.

I have to admit that I had no complains at all on my stay over there. I was even concern for what people said on the reviews I saw, but that didn`t happened on my case. Room was great, a bit small but never a problem, cleaness was great and the hotel was really charming!!! Staff was incredible, all of them polite, nice, kindness and very helpful. Location was great, easy and safe to move around. I`m very satisfied with my choice!

Breakfast area very small / when they chose the remis company to get us back to the airport, the driver asked for an extra 20 pesos, what was very unpleasant since I knew that I was being overcharged.

Located in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and malls along Santa Fe avenue.

Very posh area, central location not far from restaurants and shops as well as subway. For tea or coffee visit Le Moulin de la Fleur nearby. Renovated building and brand-new and reasonably large rooms with fridge.

Superficial cleanliness of room

This is the 3rd and last time I stay at a Dazzler chain hotel. Never a good experience: poor sound proofing (can hear snoring in adjacent rooms) late breakfast - had to skip and get breakfast at airport. Understaffed - No security in evenings. Wake up call 10 minutes late.

I had a pleasant stay with great amenities like a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, climate control, and a safe, as well as friendly service and a fresh decor.

The place where it is located. Very convenient. It is a safe neibourghood.

Pleasant bathroom, rooms were small but well set up

Very noisy location, and I mean very noisy! Take earplugs along. I read the reviews and thought the reviwers were just having a grumble, but they were correct.
